Natural Machines and the CTTC – UPC | Universitat Politรจcnica de Catalunya – Centre Tecnolรฒgic de Transferรจncia de Calor at Universitat Politรจcnica de Catalunya have successfully completed the hashtag#EFICIENT3D project, during which an innovative low-energy cooking system, combining ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ป๐—ผ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ with ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, was developed for the hashtag#Foodini 3D food printer.

The system optimises energy use by precisely targeting heat to the volume of food, significantly reducing both ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐˜† ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฝ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป and ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ.
